Elainee Records Announces New Holiday Single Release By Recording Artist Elainee by lucy westower

(LONDON, UK) – Elainee Records today announced the release of “I Love Christmas Day,” the newest single by recording artist, Elainee. The original holiday anthem is now available on iTunes and Amazon.com.
“We are thrilled to be able to share Elainee’s new single just in time for the holiday season,” says Stephanie Abernathy, publicist for the singer. “Initial audience reactions to ‘I Love Christmas Day’ have indeed been overwhelming and we expect it to perform quite well.”
Elainee, celebrated for her highly received alt-country catalogue, most recently claimed #1 on Reverb’s UK Country Charts. Writing the lyrics for this tune brought back many fond memories of Christmas past, says the singer. “Christmas is such a magical time of year, with family, friends and loved ones. I’m so pleased with the outcome of this song, and can’t wait for everyone to enjoy it as much as I have had fun making it,” she says.
The Londoner, currently in studio putting finishing touches on her latest album scheduled for a Spring 2012 release, is frequently compared to Lady Gaga’s theatrical delivery and Adele’s vocal stylings. “I hope I don’t come across that trite,” she says with a laugh.
Elainee worked with an esteemed vocal coach who also mentored Deborah Harry of Blondie to develop her unique song stylings. Instead, Elainee dropped out of the pop music scene and took a break from singing and songwriting to raise her children. But she is back now and bringing her evocative country classical style to an original Christmas music tune that will be available for mp3 download on Amazon, itunes, myspace, tesco in the reverb store, and other worldwide retailers. Elainee has been compared to an early Gaga, forging a connectivity between art and music.
Elainee was a bit of a naughty 80′s girl too, she was born in Essex after all and anyone who has been following the reality show The Only Way is Essex (better known as TOWIE) knows that Essex girls are unabashedly sexy, fun and wild. Elainee now calls London, England her home and is busy with plans to re-launch her singing career. She is writing or co-writing more songs which will be featured as mp3 releases online through the Music Factory record label. Everyone worldwide knows that Adele’s next record is going to be a collection of stirring country songs.
Even though country music is an import to the UK, country music by UK songstresses resonates with passion. And like Adele, Elainee feels that country music is the perfect medium for personalized expression of love, loss, hope and heartache. Elainee composes most of her original songs on guitar before the songs go to production.
